I changed my NOC and my profile became ineligible. And now creating a new profile. It asks for the question "Has "------"applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? (required)".

Should I say Yes or No?

Also, does any one have experience of getting their profile ineligible after changing NOC code?

“No” unless you’ve filed an application (and basically got an AOR).
