There is a feedback option to send a complaint (or compliment, although I wonder who would send a compliment to IRCC for their big failure handling applications during the pandemic

Did they contact you or at least confirm they received your complaint/comment and they will look into it? How serious they are about these complaints? I would assume they may not even consider them, and this form is there merely to show they are open to criticism from the appearance of it, but in reality they may use the details of the person who send the complaint/comment to retaliate if the complaint isn't sent anonymously. What are your thoughts regarding this? This is a venue to explore to express our dissatisfaction as many applicants are not happy with IRCC services.
