has anyone sent pr card by ups?

My husband too my card to ups to send it to me. The woman there opened it, saw it was pr card despite what my husband told (just a document), and she called her boss. He said there is no restriction and it should be fine so she wrote PR CARD on the envelope. UGH... would that be of an any issue?

Mine was sent through FedEx. No issues. I know people who had it sent through UPS too without any issues.
