Has anyone lost passport and use the replaced passport for PR application?

I am from India and I had lost my passport when I was studying in England. My current passport says issued in LONDON and it does not have any of my previous visas. Only the landing stamp when I got back to India. On the "observations" page in my passport, there is a stamp that states my previous passport no. and that it was reported lost and I traveled on that passport earlier. I uploaded this along with my landing stamp and bio pages. I explained my case in detail in the letter of explanation. However, I forgot to upload the page with the police clearance stamp, we get one here in India when we are issued a PCC. I missed it and only realised when I was sent a request letter, requesting to upload "all stamps and observations pages". I re-uploaded the passport, this time with the PCC stamp as well and also sent a CSE. Status changed to documents "provided" from "additional docs requested". This was on 25th May (I applied on 15th May). The next day my medicals also changed to passed and ECAS status changed to app received from In Progress. I'm yet to hear anything more on my application.
