Has anyone facing issue filling IRCC forms recently?

Hi,

I'm getting this error in filling PDF form that "The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available" . It also says please contact author for the original version of the document.

Is someone else facing the same issue? How do I solve it? I have tried so many different ways but was unsuccessful

I am guessing you have been updating the form several times saving the PDF as you go along?

Download a new version of the file and fill out the form again from scratch.

Its not letting me fill the form from start and I'm trying to fill the form from scratch and updated one

Are you opening it in the browser or Adobe Acrobat? Do you have the latest version of Acrobat? Also best to use a computer rather than a phone.

I'm opening it on Adobe and yes I have downloaded the latest version again and its still showing the same error. I'm opening it on my computer
