I am trying to send my documents to VFS global, but my ID and Visa document need to be notarized. Texas has a law that notaries are not allowed to notarize IDs because it is not something I sign in front of them. I can very well just fabricate a fake ID according to the notary person I talked to. He says that everyone who knows the law will refuse to sign it for you. I am not sure what I can do in this situation. Has anyone faced something similar before?
