I've been on hold for 56 minutes now, I was told my wait time would be 40 mins and it's just changed to 26 (so 82 mins total) even though it's now 4pm and they are closed. Lazy fucking snakes. This is the fourth time I've spend over an hour on hold to these arseholes, on top of the 20+ times I have phoned earlier in the day and not even been placed on hold.

Why do you call them lazy fxxxx snakes? I called Air Canada multiple times and every time had to spent over an hour on hold before I can speak to someone.

Most times I have called, I'm on hold forever, and then they are experiencing high volume numbers of calls and just hang up. I stopped pressing the buttons that applied to me and then punched in whatever and got a person after a shorter wait time.....ridiculous! I tried everyday for two weeks straight once.....got fed up! Finally after actually getting through to a person, I was told they already sent a request for a medical...(this was a while ago), and I never received an email in junk or anywhere so they resent....thank goodness I DID call as I would have delayed my medical by nearly a month!!!! Just press buttons!!!

The website is also a joke, as it takes no less than 7 times for me to attempt to log in online before I can see anything in my file and even then....I never know if its actually accurate...as when speaking to the CIC I told them I sent in extra documents they asked for and the website never reflected that until nearly 2 months later!
