We are in the last stage of our PR, medicals sent, RPRF paid...but when we sent proof of RPRF we were asked for a valid original police certificate even though we sent them along with the application back in Sep 2012. We explained and they said there was a mistake and we didn't need to send anything. Next day another email saying they where missing, then another saying they where there.
Now, 3 months later, we received another email asking for them again. What do we do??? I don't want my application being stuck because this misunderstanding, is there any other way to contact them and ask them? will they tell me if I call the call center???
Even if they said again that there was a mistake, it's hard to believe them, why this back and forth??
I'm sure they expired by now but they don't ask for a new one and when I ask them they don't specify. The whole process takes more than 16 months so they now they are going to expire.
I would send them again with no doubt if it wasn't that difficult getting them from our countries being here, then translating them, making true copies...
