I got my initial approval from Nova Scotia along with a file number BXXXXXX. I was asked to submit my application with supporting docs to CHC London which I did in the last week of May. I got the 2nd AOR from london with a new file number BYYYYYYY in July. I was informed in the 2nd AOR that the new file number BYYYYYYY would be used henceforth. With the new file number, my ecas status shows 'In Process' since Jul. I was never able to track my ecas status with the Nova Scotia file number. (The message said the file number was invalid). I was expecting either a medical or rejection letter referenced to the new file number.
Yesterday, I recieved a refusal letter containing my old file number (BXXXXXX) stating that I did not submit supporting docs within the 120 days timeframe and that they have closed my file.
My question is how is that CHC issued me a new file number if the supporting docs were not recieved. Also, my ecas still shows 'In-Process' with the new file number.
Has anybody had a similar experience ? I have requested for my CAIPS notes and have also requested for clarification from CHC using their online system. I have uploaded the 1st AOR from Nova Scotia, the 2nd AOR from CHC and also my submission letter listing the supporting docs.
As you can understand, I am puzzled and also stressed as I have scored 16/16 in my IELTS and have more than 20 yrs of experience and was expecting my medicals.
Appreciate your responses.
