Has any US canada border crosser got US visa on RTD ?

Helloo i want to know if its possible to get US visit visa from canada on RTD for those who came from US to canada and claimed asylum and hv gotten PR now ?

Depends on the individual and how they entered both the US and Canada.

I don't know for certain.

My guess is that some have and some haven't.

You'll have to try and see what happens.

If you were living in the US without status yes there is usually a 10 year ban. Did you cross through a legal border crossing? Did you actually attend school in the US? In general the US doesn’t like it when people lie on their visa/permits just to enter the US. It always comes down to individual cases.

I was attending school and been there for 3 months but thn came to canada through border and claimed asylum . My claim was geniune . But i will give it a try or may be wait until i get citizenship . I thought u hv got US visa thatswhy i wanna to ask .
