I have created 2nd express entry profile since the first one I mistakenly entered the wrong information and became ineligible.

Now, in the same account I have one active profile and one ineligible, what should I mention in this question for the 2nd profile:

Until and unless you haven't accepted an invitation from IRCC and accepted it, you choose "NO". In your case, it should be "NO".
