My application is at the Hamilton office too.
I have applied back in (late) July 2016, completed my test on 20th Oct 2016 and my application is still in process. It been almost 7 months since my test. And there have been no updates since.

The Hamilton office has been really slow for me and without the ability to contact them directly, I have no insight into my file.

I'm in hamilton too ... But my application is in mississauga and when I asked cic why is that so ... they told me that they are receiving alot of applications from GTA so they are trying to blend people from out skirts of GTA so they can be in process.

I've applied in Feb and received Finger print back in March which they received April 25th since then no update lol

Hamilton is neither slow nor fast; based on my experience, and that of some others, I can say the average life cycle of a citizenship application is six month!
