Me and my mother are refugee claimants and we have got our hearing schedule in June, rest of my family members i.e. my father and brother have got their visas but are unable to come right because of certain reasons. They will be coming as soon as possible but my concern is that if we will get acceptance for our case in the hearing, will the rest of my family members will be joined with our case once they will arrive in Canada or they will have to submit a separate case?
what are the chances of acceptance if they will have their separate case?
