MY QUESTION IS THAT IS OK TO UPDATE IN OLD FORM.....BECAUSE WHEN I SEE NEW FORM THERE ARE MANY OPTION LIKE IELTS ETC..WHICH IS UNABLE TO FULL FILL AT THIS TIME

How did you submit old forms? There wasn't IELTS requirements in old forms? If you are unable to full fill at this time, then try to write a letter of explanation your English Skills.
