Had visa but couldn't go in 2017 want to go in 2019.

Hello there,

I have student visa obtained in 2017 which will expire in December 2019.

But couldn't enter in canada till now because of two reasons. 1. My parents were sick (they are really old and I'm the only person living with them in my country now)

2. Couldn't fulfill one condition given by the university.

However, that condition is fulfilled now and parents are hale and hearty by the grace of almighty. There fore, I want to apply again for higher study now.

What are the complications I may face for visa ?

your visa is valid till Dec 2019 so you don't need to apply again if you are landing in Canada before that. You'll get study permit at the airport, they'll ask for reasons for late coming. If you are changing university, make sure you update your GCKey account before coming.
Then in between your studies, you'll have to renew your visa as it'll expire before your course will finish.
