Hello,
Since the US GC wait times are longer, a kid that is not born in US and is residing in US as H4 for very long time, what are the chances for them getting a study permit to study under grad in a Canada university/college?
Do they face study permit rejections for the reason that they do not have "close ties to home country" since they have resided outside of their home country for a very long time?
If they are on H4 visa residing in the USA and if they want to apply for Undergrad in Canada, do they face any difficulties in getting a study permit for Canada?
thanks!
