Hi, my husband and I are currently working here in the US, and would like to apply a job/immigrant in Canada. But we are already overstay here, we had H2B visa and expired last 2012. We have 3yrs old daughter and shes US citizen here. But we would like to move to canada, coz it's hard to get a permanent resident here. We're staying here for 9 yrs now, but 6 yrs overstayed and working as caregiver.Do you think we can apply visa in canada? To work as caregiver.?
Thank you hope you can help us

Since you are in the US illegally, you will not be approved for any temporary permit to Canada because of your overstay. This means that coming to Canada on a work permit is not possible for you.

If you want to come to Canada, you would need to qualify and apply to immigrate. Information about programs here:

Note that as soon as you leave the US, you and your wife will be automatically banned from re-entering the US for 10 years.
