H1B renew while waiting

Hi guys,

I sent all the documents (AINP) to CIC Buffalo earlier August and still waiting for the check be cashed. And today got my H1B renewal approved. Should I send this new 797 Form or just wait for the response from CIC? Thanks for any information.

As you don't have a file # from Buffalo, wait till you get one to update them. How long did it take you to get the H1B approved. was it premium processing?

Thanks. My H1B renewal receipt is June 4 and get approval at Oct 2nd, take almost 4 months.
