H1B/H4 visa appointment Canada

Hello Folks,

I(incoming Canadian PR) was registering for H1B and H4(spouse) visa appointments in Canada at ais.usvisa-info.com (I know the dates are not available for months).
I would like to know can we both appear for an interview together? In India, I know it's possible.
But, I don't find it on this website(ais.usvisa-info.com), Any idea how to do this?
I was able to create 2 applications for myself and my spouse but then it's asking for me to pay and book an appointment for each application separately.

Also, is there a way to delete the application after creating it?
We get an IVR Account Number once we create an applicant, but I don't see an option to delete it.

I think there was this option of booking together pre-pandemic but now due to various reasons and as the consulates are honoring only Emergency applications you werent allowed to do so.

However, why do you want to delete the application after creating it? You can leave it and come back when you want to book a slot again.
