Here is a hypothetical timeline calc for new process (without pre assessment) folks to recv. nomination:
Lot of assumptions and rounded of numbers here:
1) New process folks will get their nomination only after all old process (with pre assessment) folks are nominated.
2) New Process File Number starts at 1001. (Assuming percentage of folks from old process in 1xxx series are negligible)
3) About 650 people are nominated so far.
Remaining = 1000 - 650 = 350
@ 65 nominations per month, total time for 350 = 350/65 = 5 months
So it takes until November 2009 for Old process to complete and new process folks will start receiving nominations only from Dec 2009.Add another 6 months for CIC process.
I did not mean to scare or disappoint anybody here. Does this numbers look realistic and do you think we can hang on for so long ?????
