refugee case was denied, same with appeal and federal only option is h&c ...but Lawyer fees is expensive and I dont want to waste money ...reason why i am asking if any single individual with no best interest of a child and no medical issues won their case.
People have won, but you need to have strong H&C consideration. Having a failed refugee claim alone isn't enough grounds for an H&C application. How long have you been in Canada? Have you deeply established yourself here for example are you very active in your community and have you done this for some time (above and beyond what would be typically)? Any family members here? If you're not sure how to put together a strong case then you are better off working with a lawyer. Good luck.
So what is your basis of claim?
Denied refugee case is not basis of H&C.

Your brother can only sponsor you if all of the following are true:
- He is single (unmarried, not in a common law relationship)
- He has no children
- Both of your parents are deceased
- There are no other family members living in Canada such as other siblings, uncles, aunts, etc.
