H&C process after 1st stage approval

We received our first stage approval for H&C in March 2021 and sent out the medical check in May 2019 (applied with in Canada). How long does it take from this point on to get the PR? and how? does it come in CoPR or 2nd stage approval, or a PR card? what is next that i need to prepare for ?

Hello friends, hope you all are doing great and safe. I submitted my H&C application on May 06, 2021 and received acknowledgement with my UCI and Application number and other details. But didn't hear anything yet. Please guide me
Also I was trying to check my application status online ( https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas) with UCI and Application number. But system is shows an error. Kindly let me know if there any way to know my H&C application process. My family is in depression and eager to know the fate.
