Hi there
I am HIV positive and undetermined. I want to study in Canada with the college program. 2 years. I can bring enough medicine from my country for 6 months. Does student health insurance cover HIV treatment costs? They said that I would not be able to get a residence permit in the future because of HIV. Has anyone completed the process like me?

You can only bring in enough for 3 months. You pay into UHIP so need to see what they cover. As for PR, you need to be eligible. Studying in Canada doesn’t guarantee PR.
