Guys please suggest me regarding my checklist...

I will file my case on 20th June. I have made the following checklist of my own and the cover letter too, I will put the documents in that order of preference. Please suggest me if I am missing something or should I change something.



• Visa Forms (IMM 5483, IMM 1294, IMM 5645, IMM 5257)
• Two passport size photographs
• Visa Fees receipt
• Original Passports
• Statement of Purpose/ Study Plan (Original)
• Letter of Acceptance from University of Alberta (Original + Photocopy)
• Acceptance to admission offer (copy of E-mail)
• Fees information (copy of E-mail)
• Bank Statement along with Account maintenance letter of my Father (Original)
• Self Bank Statement along with Account maintenance letter (Original)
• Affidavit of Support of my Father (Original)
• Father’s Business documents (Attested copies from Notary Public)
• Educational Documents (Original + Attested copies from Notary Public)
• Attested copy of my ID card with its translation
• IELTS Transcript (Original)
• Family Registration Certificate (Original + Attested copy from Notary Public)
• Permanent Residence Certificate (Attested copy from Notary Public)
• Form-B copy attested with its translation
• Domicile (Attested copy from Notary Public)
• Birth Certificate (Attested copy from Notary Public)
• Police Clearance Certificate (Original + Attested copy from Notary Public)
• Work Experience Letter issued from my current employer (Original)
• Resume (Original)
• Recommendation Letter from my Professor (Dean) (Original)
• Parents’ Property documents (Attested copies from Notary Public)
• Father’s NIC copy attested with its translation
• Mother's NIC copy attested with its translation
• Siblings’ NIC attested copies with their translation

Why are you sending copy of Police certificate and FRC along with original?

Actually I was confused that which documents should I send in original and which one of photocopies.

Okay if you are saying then I am removing the attested copy of police certificate.

Any other advice? What about the order of documents?

Documents should be in the same order in which they are on checklist.

No, It is not. But if someone is sending it there is no harm.

Plus if you have your CNIC, then you don't need form B as well.

If you have FRC you don't need permanent residence certificate / NIC of other family memebers.

LORs are also not required.
