Guys please help ! Carleton vs University of New brunswick

Today i got a mail from Carleton that i got admit.But the problem is that i already got my bank loan and visa for UNB and will be going there on december 11th.I want to know whether can i change the university and which will be a better choice UNB or Carleton (fees,living expense,jobs etc)?
I got admit in MEng ECE in both of them for jan 2015. ???

UNB Saint John ? or Fredericton ?
I'll be going to Saint John, In Sha Allah.
I guess Carleton is in Toronto . Living expense will be very high
