Guys Need your help...!! want to apply for the refugee visa

Dear Friends,

Currently I am an international student who is living in Manitoba. I have problems with paying my course fee & I can't go back to my country due to some political problems. One of my friends told me that I can apply for refugee visa.

Really appreciate if any one can let me know the procedure to apply for Refugee visa.

To be approved, you must be able to prove that you are personally in danger if you return to your home country. Demonstrating that your country has political problems will not be enough. You must be able to show that you yourself have been specifically threatened/harmed.
