Guys need help? visit visa for 2 people

I am applying visit visa for my parents ,I have some questions ,do i need to fill the IMM5257 Twice as there are 2 applicants , I only see one section to upload IMM5257 section to upload the document ? Though my total fees is showing for 2 people ?
