Guys I need help in choosing a PNP for a friend

Hi guys....

I need some help for a friend who is currently in Marketing field working for the most famous Publication House in Dubai. He would like to migrate to canada but his occupation is not listed. I have applied to canada as well fortunately my occupation is listed.

As I would like to help him but lack of knowledge regarding the PNP......so kindly suggest me to how to start, which province is faster/easier or importantly can accept people from advertising background.

Different Provincies have different requirements and guidelines. Please visit the CIC website and see which PNP suits your friend the best.

For PNP he needs a job offer so number 1, he needs to find an employer who wants to hire him.

Once he's found an employer, then he can look at if the employer happens to be in a province that has a good PNP. If not, he could also use the job offer to apply as a skilled worker under category 2.
