In my opinion there will not be any new list till October 2010 . delusions are enormous but the truth will appear not before October when budget will be fronted to the parliament

There is still not any news. I think, there will not be any major changes in previous list. Rest, they know it better.

Unlikely, they announced the changes in Feb/08 but the list of "38" wasn't published to Nov/08.

what were the jobs in the previous list (i mean the ones before the 38 skilled jobs defined in Feb 27, 2008)?

People,

You donot need to worry when the list will change in case you are in the list pl apply immdly and your app will get locked in to the rules of fast track 38 nocs. if you are not qualifying then you maybe need to wait. even i had the same query that some nocs will be out of the list by 1st May 10 but it did not happen i got my visa on 30th april 10.

So in case you are applying then do it real fast thats all...

My frnd applied in Middel of 2008 and the 38 FWS list launched in OCT2008, cic mentioned this list is applied from FEB onward.
He got a File Number.
Then

HE got rejection reason " Your NOC in not Under 38 List"
