Guideline for a new applicant for pnp

Hi,
I am from Pakistan .Currently ,working as an Elementary School teacher.I have the same post experience of Eight years.I have a Masters degree in English .
I want to know about all the detail ,process ,fee and programe for which i am eligible.
Plz guide me in this regard.
