Guide me..refusal in WP still have good chance to apply BCPNP and PR

Hi all.i am in a big worry.pls guide me.My WP with positive LMIA and work permit got refused which I applied 3 months back in India.they mentioned reason under category of other reason--(considering the experience and education demonstrated in the application and considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties,I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of yours admission as a temporary resident.)
What's is meaning ?i read somewhere this kind of rejections comes,if you are overqualified for required job!!I come to know I can still apply for pnp and for PR because after refusal of WP under this reason still have chance to get pnp and PR ..guys pls pls guide me and help me

Yes you can apply for PNP and PR, just don't lie about your work permit refusal (lying may result in a ban).

As for why your WP got rejected, it is hard to answer solely based on your message. Perhaps the VO found that you do not have enough ties in your home country and therefore may try to stay in Canada past your visa expiration.

This is the same lines they mentioned in refusal letter.about my home country ties my parents,wife,kids living in home country and I applied WP only for me.my consultant said me they will apply pnp special mentioning that the reason I got refusal in temporary visa they now apply for pnp.is it a good and valid reason ??
