I seek your advice on whether I should include details of my work experience from more than 10 years ago, even though it is not specifically requested by IRCC. If I choose to mention it, I understand they may ask for reference letters and other supporting documents. While I possess experience and relieving letters, I do not have reference letters available.
Would omitting this information impact my file processing? Alternatively, would it suffice to mention these details in the personal information section to ensure they are not entirely excluded?
