AOR: October 1 CEC inland.
The deadline to submit ADR was Feb 18, and due to some technical difficulties, the portal was not accepting the documents on Feb 18, my REP raised the webform about the technical issue, and uploaded the documents via webform
On Feb 25, got a response from IRCC that the documents were not received. REP sent them again on February 26.
Moreover, everything was completed on the tracker on Feb 18, without them receiving the ADR. Since then, no update.
Today I talked to the IRCC agent, and after checking the details, she started the conversation with, “ There is a complication, your ADR were not received within the deadline…”
No FD yet.
The agent raised a note to the officer to consider the documents.
What shoulld be done now.
