I need some guidance on my file.
I wish to know the latest eligibility criteria for Immigr.We've been waiting since past >1&1/2yr for filing our application(thanks to Abhinav for delaying it).My wife is a principal applicant & has work experience in IT of more than 6 yrs.But,currently not working since past 3yrs.
My qn is-
(1)firstly is she eligible to file looking at the current changes?
(2)Will she need Reference Letters of all the previous companies necessarily?What is the alternative if Reference Letter cannot be got by any of the previous companies?
(3)Any financial documents needed?
