Hi All,

I'm managing Express Entry application on my own. I'm struck on few areas and any guidance on the following will be immensely appreciated:

1.) I can only provide continuous work experience only for one year from a MNC where I had worked. And for other four years I can't provide any kind of documentation with respect to work experience. I've done some minor free lance tasks which involved writing some notices and collating information. What should I fill in the application for this period, self-employed or unemployed or mix of both as per real circumstances?

What documents I've to submit for self employed category after receiving an ITA ? Will tax returns suffice or any other documents are required too ?

If I fill unemployed, will it reflect bad on my application or will it effect the final outcome i.e post ITA acceptance or rejection.

2.) Also, any guidance on choosing the correct NOC between 4112 (lawyer) and 4211(paralegal) will be of great help. I've a law degree but none of my responsibilities while working in the company fall in the duties mentioned in NOC 4112 (lawyer) so I've filled the latter. Basically, I was working in a knowledge processing company and my work done can't be categorized as lawyerly work so I decided to go with the para legal category. It indeed required the knowledge of law.

Thank You All !!
