GTS work permit at point of entry

Hi, I have applied online for a GTS work permit (LMIA already approved) but it seems it takes a lot of time to be processed by IRCC (it is supposed to take 2weeks and now I am in the 8th week). I have a visa-exempt passport. Given the big delay, can I get my work permit at point of entry PoE, knowing that I have already an online application?
help please! If anyone tried it before… IRCC delay is killing…

No you can’t. The goal is for it to take 2 weeks. Usually it takes 1-2 months.
