GREEN TICK MARK in post-ITA form

Hi All,
Even if my ACTIVITY HISTORY & ADDRESS HISTORY is well infilled, i am not getting the green tick mark (but the incomplete mark) in my Express entry Post-ITA form.
can anyone explain what i could be missing ?
