Grandparents DOB not available, Parents Marriage certificate never applied

By god's grace, I got selected for the lottery for PGP 2017. However have 2 obstacles
Am sponsoring parents. Grandparents have expired
1. Parents live in India but never applied for Marriage certificate. They have their names on each others passports and also on Aadhar card (mother only) and voter id card. Is it possible to apply?
2. Dont have grandparents dob. Should I put some estimate?

you can put estimate of grandparents dob. I did so too as that is not very important information in parent sponsorship case.
