What it is mean to have English 4 (C) or (U) written in admission requirements in canadian collages can you please tell me what that requirement means with Indian grading system?

Nothing is written over their for international students.
So can you please conver the grading into Indian system
In india we have grades A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1(failed)
So please tell me that (C)&(U)
is equivalent to which grade of India?

Which college are you applying for? most colleges will have an international equivalent requirements. If you don't give information, then you won't get answers.
