Graduation work permit expire

Hi Guys,

My graduation work permit got refused, i uploaded one Transcript, Passport, Photo after 2 months they asked me to upload Graduation degree, when i uploaded they didn't receive and they sent me refusal letter and asked for restoration.
Please someone help me

You will need to restore your status as a student first, then apply for PGWP.

You will need to restore your status as a student first, then apply for PGWP.

But i have already studied for 2 years and have spent money on studies, and that was not my fault. Will MP help in this case?
