Graduation- Can I call my boyfriend/ fiance for a visit?

Does anybody has an idea about who can visit an international student on graduation?
I want my fiance to visit me. Is it possible?

Sure - your fiance can certainly apply for a visit visa. No guarantee it will be approved. But no harm in trying to apply.

after you complete six months in canada, there is a program under which you can call one of your blood relative and one friend on tourist visa valid for six months. this program was active last year. check with CIC if this is still open.
