Graduate program applicant - Fall 2021

Hey guys. I am applying for my Study permit from the US. I have been accepted to a master's program in Canada. I was wondering if I need to pay fees before I submit my study permit application. Please advise on this. Thanks in advance!!

u can pay or wait until u get ur permit .it's up to you. as long you show valid LAO when applying
