I think I may be eligible to apply for PGWP under Covid-19 program delivery https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s/temporary-residence/study-permit/pgwpp.html. I am a graduate outside of Canada who was attending school within Canada in March 2020. I left Canada after I defended my thesis in late March 2020. I received program completion letter in January 27, 2021 and have applied for PGWP in June, 7 within 180 days of program completion day. My problem lies in my study permit (SP) as I did not renew it since I left Canada, Covid was big issue. The student permit expired back in March 31, 2020. The Covid-19 policy requires me to have a valid study permit/approved SP during my PGWP application. I was wondering to ask if there is a way to restore the SP or apply for a new SP from outside of Canada after I received program completion letter. The senate have also commended me for graduation. I think IRCC needs a valid SP to approve the PGWP. Greatly appreciate any help you can extend
