Graduate Diploma equivalent by WES

hello Everyone,

I intend to take a Graduate diploma in the upcoming months and I was wondering what are the main conditions upon which WES or other agencies evaluates wither a graduate diploma would give me extra points on my EE profile as a two Degree or more ( I have a bachelor degree that has been evaluated already)
