graduate certificate or ms ? plz help

I am confused regarding what to choose...... I am getting admission in graduate certificate course and I have applied for ms also. But i am confused about the fact that its better to pursue which course for better chances of job ? Please give advice....... I really need to know what to do...

Masters is much much better then graduate certificate. Go for masters if u get in.

The things Is I have applied for ms in university of Windsor and I have been accepted in Conestoga college..... There's no response from university yet... N it's mentioned on website that they don't process applications in month of January..... So for university I will have to wait till February.... N offer from Conestoga expires in Feb..... That's the reason m unable to take a decision..... If I get a rejection from Windsor then situation will go out of hand ... So please tell me if we get a good career in graduate certificate ... If we do then shall I finalize it?
