GOVt JOB LMO

hello,

I am an International Student and recently graduated and I recently heard that GOvt jobs in Canada dnt get LMO?

My question is:
/
1) I am only getting one yr post graduate work permit and without LMO how can I extend my Work permit?
2) How to I know if the employer or for the job which i am applying is GOvt or Private company?

1) There is no other way. You need an LMO if you want to extend your work permit.
2) You should be able to easily tell if the job is a government job from the job posting and organization's name.

thank you for replying. But do Govt jobs get LMO or not? I heard that for Govt jobs its hard to get LMO.

LMO is the Labour Market Opnion, which is needed to extend ur work permit n it has major role in various application process!!!
