Hi,
I am a govt. Employee at present and have following employment history:
2011-13: Software development (private job)
2013-15: did Master's (studies)
2015-2016: Assistant professor at private engg college
2016-18: prepared for govt exam
2018-Present: Govt. Job

If i fill 3 years exp. in last 10yrs, and consider all the points of me and my spouse, we have CRS 472 that is equivalent to current cut off.
But my problem is that i cannot let my Current employer know that I am applying for PR. They will never let me do it and may add hindrance. And if i mention my current employer then Canada Official may contact them, which i cannot risk.

Kindly suggest any possible way out.

Based on above seems like you get 3 years experience without adding your govt job experience. If that is the case you can just mention govt job in personal history instead of job history. A job mentioned in personal history doesn't require any proof and IRCC won't validate it.

Hi,
I am creating my Express Entry Profile but I am not able to find Personal History section.

In this profile, I will fill NOC Code for Primary Occupation. But in work history, do I need to mention my govt. job also even if I am not claiming points of it?

Personal history will come after you receive the ita.
