Hello All, I got visa in the 3rd attempt. From my last post (link below), I got many messages in my inbox and I have tried to reply and help as much as I can. I am flying on sept 1st to Toronto. Please post your questions here if you need help! I will be happy to help so all can get their visa.

Hi guys,
Im from Pakistan,
I applied for student visa on 24th June,
Got bio metrics done on 26th June,
Got called for medical exam on 27th July,
Passed Medical Exam on 4th August,
Now still waiting for final answer, the embassy hasnt even asked for my visa yet and im worried if i'll get the visa in time as classes start on 7th September and Eid Holidays are also coming up, Can Anyone tell me how long it takes for a final answer after u have passed the medical exam and what are the chances of rejection after passing medical.

Grade11 and 12 aggregate: 63.30% , management stream
Bachelor degree in business administration: 3.25 CGPA out of 4 ( 2 backlogs but cleared in first division in second attempt)
IELTS: 6.5 (R:7, W:6, L:6.5, S:5.5)
Applied for Post graduate program in human resource management at cambrain college for september intake before
Reason stated in previous refusal
Other reason: proposed study donot match prevous qualification, language difficulty, level of establishment and so on
I have again applied for jan intake and attached an explanation letter explaining all pointed out reasons in my previous refusal
Can you please help me regarding my case

You need to to appear for IELTS again. Visa officers do not like to see anything below 6 in each module of IELTS. Now that you have already applied for Jan intake, please book a date for IELTS. It will take atleast a month for the visa results to come. By that time, you will also have your IELTS results. See if you can apply for CAIPS also which will also come in 30 days. You should not hurry to reapply. I hope the visa officer has no issues with your IELTS module. Different visa officers think differently.

The visa officer may not be convinced that you will be successful in Canada with your language abilities.

Yup. At times, people do get rejected because of IELTS score. They can include it in other reasons!

Asking the same question multiple times won't change anything. It's upto the Visa officer and generally, Visa officer like to see at least 6 in each. There are few who got their visas with 5.5 in one.

Yes, they can reject it even if college has accepted 5.5.

A copy is all you need to submit. Never submit your original documents except passport. They never return it and consider them as their property after you send them.
