Dear All,
please suggest, i had multiple visa for canada, been there for few months, got my elder baby there, then also applied for job while on staying trv status. got approved for labour department and flew to usa and come back to validate trv to work permit visa,
but some one misguided, thats y immigration staff at canada airport stopped me and order me to leave canada within 15 days and get work visa from outside of canada.
i leave within 15 days by acknowledging them and went to usa, and apply for wprk permit visa with all documents.
and it got rejected. this is about 2 years ago.
after 5 months i visit again in canada for few days and come back in usa, no prblem i had
questions:
-planning to visit again in canada, what are my chances are although i had already visa
now i am here in f1 status in usa.
-on the form it is asking , did you ever denied or receive a letter to leave canada:
what should be my answer no that. technically need suggestion please
-also now recently in washington dc, and new yok consulates are closed where should we send applications for
