I've been having lots of problems with the MSP health insurance department. My study permit expired in November and they still sent me an invoice for " international student monthly insurance " for the month of December.
The invoice's due date was at the end of the December. When I asked them why they sent me that, they told me that if the due date was the end of December, the insurance was for last month (November).
Is this true? This makes no sense to me. An invoice that is due on the end of a month.........is for the insurance that was applied to the previous month? Is that really how the MSP system works? Where you pay for your insurance a month later instead of pre paying it?
